GCSE Results

Once again Reading Girls’ School has achieved pleasing GCSE examination results.

Needless to say RGS students have worked hard and were determined to succeed. All our students are to be complimented on their success.

59% achieved 5 A* to C grades at GCSE

45% achieved  5 A* to C grades including English and Maths

7.5% achieved the E Bacc.

I am incredibly proud of all the students at RGS – but especially the achievements of the Year 11 students this year – they have worked incredibly hard, remained focused and took on board all the advice their teachers gave them which helped in these fantastic results. Our students maintain their thirst for learning as evidenced by OFSTED and their rates of progress is good.

A special mention of congratulations should be given to the following students who all achieved 11 to 13 GCSE’s with many of them at the top grades.
