Librarian

Librarian
Term Time Only, plus inset days 
37.5 Hours per week

Start date: ASAP

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Librarian, responsible for the day to day management of our school Library and supervise the after-school Homework Club.

The successful candidate will have a passion for reading to enable them to promote reading to students in all of its forms. Proven experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.

You will be responsible for library administration, including the automated library system, to maintain student borrowing records and other statistical records, management of requests and reservations and notification of overdue books. 

You will have a can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and proven experience in supervising students.
