Internal Exclusion Room Supervisor

RG4 11 – 22 – Actual Salary £23,270 - £28,093

Term Time Only plus inset days, 39.5 Hours per week

Monday to Thursday 8am until 4.30pm Friday 8am until 4pm

Start date: ASAP

We seek to appoint an experienced Internal Exclusion Room Supervisor to join our team. You will support our pastoral team to provide behaviour support by supervising the internal exclusion room and act as a medical lead for the school.

The successful applicant will manage the internal exclusion room ensuring that behaviour is adhered to in accordance with our behaviour policy. You will be able to communicate with students and parents in a professional manner building relationships in order to improve relationships between students and staff when relationships may have broken down. You will liaise with teachers making sure work is available for the students to maintain progress. As a medical lead you will support the SENCO in creating and updating medical data for all students.

If you have proven experience, are a team player and have a firm, calm approach when dealing with young people, we would like to hear from you.
